In 2019, with partner Sam Wilsker, John Meeder led the transformation of the former Hotel Brunswick into the Holiday Inn Lancaster, a 215-room full-service hotel with over 20,000 sq. ft of event space, including the Imperial Restaurant and Terrace. 
This historic hotel occupies a 9-story building in downtown Lancaster and anchors the north side of Ewell Plaza.
