An Historic Commercial/Office Restoration
The
Christian Street Court project includes five prominent buildings
fronting on North Queen Street, and land forming a new entrance
area and two-tier parking deck at the juncture of North Christian
and East Grant Streets. Adjacent to the new Fulton Bank project
at North Queen and East Grant Streets, and located directly behind
the Lancaster County Courthouse, Christian Street Court offers the
ideal location for all professional office services.
This
multi-use project houses professional offices, restaurants and retail
space in a perfect mixture of historic revival style and modern
practical amenities. Christian Street Court has created a new landmark
for Lancaster's downtown business community and streetscape.
Parking is located directly on site at the entrance
area to Christian Street Court on the first level of the two-level
parking deck. The twenty-eight (28) spaces on that level will be
directly accessed from the main Godfrey headquarters. This parking
will be gated, private parking for employees at Christian Street
Court. The upper level deck is dedicated to the non-Godfrey occupants
of the buildings.
