The completion of Center City Lofts represent, essentially, the final two pieces in the redevelopment of the eastern side of the first block of North Queen Street, Lancaster City. The redevelopment of this block began with the expansion of the Fulton Bank Headquarters, was continued by Christian Street Court—anchored by Characters Pub and Godfrey Advertising—and will be completed by Center City Lofts.
This dynamic project has combined two crucial components of the urban atmosphere in downtown Lancaster: Historic restoration and mixed-use. Both components play an integral role in the creation and enhancement of the urban setting that makes Lancaster City unique. Located one half block from Penn Square, Center City Lofts include three retail storefronts along North Queen Street, three professional office spaces and four luxury condominiums. The offices and residential lofts have a main entrance off of East Grant Street (adjacent to Characters Pub). Currently, all retail, commercial and residential Loft 200 are sold. Three Lofts remain available. |
